It does happen, to alot of people as well. I do not think that it is fever, it would be related to stress as well. Stress is a very dangerous thing as well, have you tried using a themometer....? It could not be a fever, it could be a mild cough, sore throat..... how long has he had it if it is a few day like 1 or 2 i don
