I have had arthritis type joint pain all over since starting flax oil 5 months ago. I felt better the first 3-4 weeks, then the symptoms started. Maybe it is caused by something and just coincidental with the timing of the flax oil capsules. I cannot I have had "arthritis " type joint pain all over since starting flax oil 5 months ago. I cannot find any info on alleriges to any oils. I only take 1200mg a day.
