Based on weeks of researches I had couple years ago, I found it unlikely the H.D.cancer strikes back after successful treatment, especially after 1 year period of no evidence found in connection of cancer and the patient body.
The chances of stage 3 and below H.D. patient killed by auto accident in US is about 200 times higher than dying by the cancer after successful treatment.
I would suggest take that experince as granted and enjoy your life and don
