be careful of taking vinegar. I have all those allergies listed, and have recently found that I have a yeast problem and possible celiac (wheat intolerance). Vinegar feeds yeast and can cause more allergy problems. One of the best remedies that I know for sinus, is saline and water solution. They sell it in the drug stores. Just sniff it a couple times of day to rinse your sinus.
You may want to read up on yeast and the connection with allergies and asthma. It is very interesting and for me, very helpful.
