Well my mother is a celiac. Basically it is an intolerance to gluten, which is a protein found in most wheats and starch. The villi (nutrient absorption organs) within your bowel cannt absorb it and you may get severe bloating, pains, cramps, diaroheaor headcahe etc. Malnurtrition is also very common. If the diet is not adhered to, it can lead to Lymphoma of the bowel. I have a stack of info regarding this so feel free to email me:
