I was diagnosed with diabetes in November. I have smoked for 43 yrs. I realized that if I want to keep my limbs that i have to quit smoking. I started to try to quit smoking 17-January-06. I did terrible at first trying cold turkey. Then my doctor prescribed Zyban. I have now been smoke free since Super Bowl Sunday. I think that was 06-February-06.
