For starters, if you are not able to donate any money, the next best thing is your time.....being a sitter for the families of people with Cancer which means , you would go sit with the person while the family was able to run errands, or just get away for a few hours.....check with your local Hospice, or if you know of a family or person in need personally, offer to run errands for them or mow their grass, or whatever.....just sick and talk with them is a very nice treat to them also...
