I have 13 years old daughter :
height is : 134 CM
weight is : 26 Kg
Actually she looks like a ten years old, we took her to Endocrinologist, she had a lot of tests : Growth Hormone,blood gases,Karyo type...etc. and everything was normal except her bone age it is 10 or 10.5 years. she was making Estradiol test every 3 months for one year.
Latest test the Doctor wanted to give Triptorelin 3.75mg every month because he wants to stop her puberty to gain height.
I took her to another Doctor and he asked NOT to give her this treatment due to her bone age and she still has a very good chance to become taller, also he said final height will be same with or without Triptorelin.
What do you think ??? Please help me I am very confused if this treatment will help her to become taller or not.
