My friends baby has a red bum she says its not nappy rash but its something different but its like just at the bum when the 2 cheeks meet its just red but the rest of her baby bum is just normal She doesnt know what it is and how to get rid of it She

She doesnt have a car and she doesnt want to have to take her baby to the doctor through the snow
so if someone can help it will be a big help to her

It sounds like nappy rash to me. SHe should keep it clean, never leave the baby in a dirty diaper, use a preparation and vaseline to protect the bum and air out the bum now and again but letting the baby lay out with no diaper.
