Always freezing cold?
I have to have the heating on most of the time, yet still often wear scarves and gloves inside, keeping my coat on most of the time. My family are always complaining that it is too cold as well. Is it because i dont do much exercise (i.e. gentle walk
I have to have the heating on most of the time, yet still often wear scarves and gloves inside, keeping my coat on most of the time.
My family are always complaining that it is too cold as well.
Is it because i dont do much exercise (i.e. gentle walking daily and thats it), or because i dont have much bulk (im pretty small framed)?
Really strange bits of me just get randomly cold (like my chin??) though mainly its the obvious extremities.
Does anyone else have this problem? is it worth going to a doctors for??

Check your heating system for leaks and drafts
Exercise more..even walking in place in the house will get the blood flowing
Put some fat on those bones!!
Or..
Move someplace warm.
