Bad Headaches!!!!!????

Headaches can be caused by a lot of things.
Stress
Migraines
Poor eyesight
Heat
Cold
Or they could be the result of something more serious like cancer and brain tumours.
Medication usually helps stop the pain. I have gotten into the habit of taking a supply of panadol with me wherever I go.
Get your sight tested to make sure everything is fine with your vision.
Try not to stress at the smallest things, and if you live in a hot environment, try to combat your exposure to heat by staying cool, likewise if you are living in a cold environment.
If you take medication and the pain does not recede after say an hour, please see your doctor for further assistance.
