you could breathe out when taking your left foot strides, not eat or drink too soon before walking, stop and double up on yourself for a while, or you could stop and reach your fingers into the right side of your belly and push your liver up then breathe out with you lips pursed at the same time. these should be effective ways as to helping you to walk again without pain.
