You have little cells in your body called mast cells. They release histamine which binds to receptors in your body that causes certain reactions....itchy rash, watery eyes, coughing and sneezing. All these are known as allergies. People are allergic to either dust or dust mites. Dust can elicit the allergy sneeze reaction or just by stimulation of the nose. This stimulation basicly makes you sneeze so you wont inhale something your body does not want.
