Any one knows how to get rid of hotflashes?
I have seen a doctor and she suggested that I carry on taking phyto-estrogen and pills which both could not counter-react. However, my hotflashes still comes back, a friend of mine asked me to go and see Chinese doctor, I am not sure, can anyone help
