Practice of masturbation has no relation whatsoever with his Vericocele. Surgery of Vericocele needs to be done only if the sperm count is less r motility is reduced. Vericocele surgery for his habit of masturbation is neither indicated nor needed! Masturbation is normal and healthy practice; hence he need not control it. In fact, he can enjoy himself while indulging in it. There are men who do report weakness after masturbation because they harbour the myth that semen is vital and excessive dissipation of semen will devitalize them and promote ageing. This misconception adds lot of anxiety and feeling of guilt which often paralyze sexual response. He may feel a bit tired following masturbation but there is always a wave of freshness following it!
