I was using a mirror to look around, and I think I strained my eyeball. Now in the white area of my eyeball I have a small bruise. Its brown in color, but really far inside, and pretty much covered by my eyelids. It hurts to look in all directions, either up down or side to side. Its been like this for about a week.
What caused this, and how can I make it better?
