Does anyone know how hypoxia at birth could effect a child?
MY son wasnt breathing when he was born ,the hospital gave me dia morphine when i was in labour and it stopped his heart. he has slurred speach and although he can walk it just doesnt look right like, he goes up on his toes alot and doesnt have good

The doctors say he has a global developmental delay. does anyone have any information that might help me?
