in massage therapy school we studied all different types of alternate therapies. the one which unequivocally did not work was magnets. yes, you do have ferrous metals in your blood, but the amount is so small and the magnet would have to be so large as to be cumbersome. and even then, there is no proof that magnets work. get thee a massage. the benefits are far greater!
