How do i stop being tired?
Every weekday I wake up at six am to go to school. When I come home Im exhausted so i take a nap which usually lasts for five hours. Then i wind up staying up till about 12:30 am. And Im just really tired no matter how much sleep i get during that na
Every weekday I wake up at six am to go to school. When I come home Im exhausted so i take a nap which usually lasts for five hours. Then i wind up staying up till about 12:30 am. And Im just really tired no matter how much sleep i get during that nap. Im just always so tired!! What can i do to help me not be tired or at least stay awake after school?

your "naps" are way too long. Try napping for about 1/2 hour. You should do much better. Also, after the nap do some moderate exercise like walking. Your diet might be a factor too. if you consume alot of caffeine during the day that will make you "crash" later. You get a sugar high but when that wears off it
