Indoor winter dryness causes memory problems and other discomforts?
Has anyone experienced similar problems with winter indoor dryness (once the heating system is turned on?) During winter months I become disoriented, nervous and my skin crawls if I enter an indoor area where the air is dry , i.e. low or insufficient
Has anyone experienced similar problems with winter indoor dryness (once the heating system is turned on?) During winter months I become disoriented, nervous and my skin crawls if I enter an indoor area where the air is dry , i.e. low or insufficient (for me) humidity. In my own home I have humidifiers on my furnaces as well as stand alone units in rooms where I spend a lot of time. This gives me a lot of relief, however it does contribute to some mildew and other problems for my house. My sensitivity to dryness keeps me from going to other homes/environments during the winter period. I would like to know if there is definition and a remedy for this malady? Thanks
