I am on my 2nd week of not smoking (with a few slip ups, so Im actually on my 2nd day of starting over.) I want one real bad, can someone give me some support so I can look back on this in the weeks to come. Thank you. Best answer: i had 2 wks under

i had 2 wks under my belt but then i took a drag and i been taking a drag everyday. i went fot the laser and it help for the first week .its hard and all i know is just dont pick up a cig.i feel your pain b/c i want one so bad.but keep trying eventually we will get it right. evertime you try you get closer. just dont buy a pack at least make it hard for yourself. help me ill help you. we can do it. i think about my daughter and i want to live a long time for her. so find strenght in something other than ourselves b/c oviously thats not good enough.just dont do it. dont you do it. if i cant neither can you.i will come threw this computer and rip it out of your mouth. dont do it.
