Burn on hand?
while cooking a little oil fell on the hand, after the burn a blister has formed. The blister has burst because by mistake it got pressed on to the sofa. the water in the blister got out and there is a swelling all around the burn and its itching...

Good advice so far from above. Keep it clean, apply ice to take away the heat, and use loose filling gauze to cover the wound - no sticky tape - NO!
Stay away from greasy lotions if you can for now - until it scabs over, then apply the anti-microbiotic. If it get real red - run to the doctor.
