Noxema cream, and lots of it. Take one Benadryl for allergies plus one aspirin or tylenol tablet every 6 hours, drink plenty, and I do mean plenty of water. Stay out of the sun! Do NOT take warm or hot showers. Wash by rinsing a wash cloth in luke warm to cool water and gently squeezing the water over your body.
If pain is intense or you have very deep red, or dark purplish burn areas, and or you have blistering, get to a hospital. You may want to do that anyway as a precaution. After you cover yourself in Noxema, put on loose fitting cotton undershirts (oversized are better) and light bboxers, or loose short pajamas.
The Benadryl tablet and aspirin will reduse inflamation and pain. Noxema is a cold cream, that soaks into the skin, and becomes somewhat waxy, that
