When i masturbated, and ejaculate really fast ,its about 3 minutes, my sperm looks like have a jelly on it(looks like a worm in jelly form, transparent but sticky when i wash it with water and not transparent anymore it more like white milk), but when i hold the ejaculation by masturbating and stop and masturbate again, it took about 10 minutes and I let it ejaculated, the sperm is different, its more like a normal sperm but still got fewer jelly on it, is there any problem with my testicles or what?

Not a damn thing, you are normal, sounds like normal semen--sperm makes up only 2 to 5 percent of the semen. Your semen can look differently every ejaculation, who knows why, but it just does.
