Has anyone heard of Foot Reflexology ?
Is just rubbing the feet ? Best answer: YES! It was interesting how it really did correspond with different areas in the body. What impressed me most about it...my reflexologist at the time asked me about a few areas...are you having issues with X or

It was interesting how it really did correspond with different areas in the body.
What impressed me most about it...my reflexologist at the time asked me about a few areas...are you having issues with "X" or with "X". I said no. And guess what health issues I am having now? Those...it was almost like a warning system.
I will always trust what I learn from a reflexology session....and the added bonus is that yeah, it feels like a full body massage but for a fraction of the price! :)
