uricacid gout?
I am suffering from gout for the last 12 years. I face 3 or 4 time attacks of pain in a year. then I use to take indocap cap. for relief in pain . I would like to know what should I do at the time of attack. may I take lemon juice. amla juice. chicke

I would like to know what should I do at the time of attack. may I take lemon juice. amla juice. chicken or fish at the time of attack or at the normal time. please guide me in regard of this. is lemen juice or amla pickle or amla juice is benefitted for cure of urikacid. I use to drink daily and I also smoke. please guide me
