I know the easiest solution is to avoid milk products, but that is will not do for me because almost everything around me has milk in them. Somehow I know there is another way round it. I suspect some one has done some research and found a way to beat this menace condition.

If you are intolerant, you can use product like lactaid. The intolerance comes from not having the enzymes to digest the milk and you get gas build up.
I am allergic and nothing helps so I have to avoid it.
