Solutions to Hayfever?
I have quite bad hayfever which is eally bad because I have asthma and one follows the other. I am going to the doctors soon to get a hayfever pill, but are there any ways of naturally helping it? Other than staying away from grass and tree pollen. B

saline to moisten the nose and drink lots of water, gargle, and steam and do this every day. I
