I just got over a kidney infection like last thursday and I did not take my last pill for the medication. I had to take 2 a day for seven days and I had one left over and decided not to take it. Should I go back for a follow up appt....... And do you

Should I go back for a follow up appt....... And do you think my infection is gone even though I did not take my last pill?????
