I was in a car accident 3 and a half years ago and cracked several vertebrae in my upper back. I wore a brace for several months and have not had any problems for a long time. X-Rays shows that it was healing good. However for a week or so, my back has been bothering me. A little bit of pain but mostly a lot of discomfort. Are there any exercises or anything I can do to make my back have less discomfort and stronger?
