is this workout good?
ok this is my workout: 15- elipticle 5 minutes- the thing were you like pull back weights with your arms. 100 pushes for the thing were you have your thaighs on these 2 pads and you move the thaighs apart from eachother with 60-70 lbs. walking for 45

walking for 45 minutes at 3.5-4 mph
what else should i do?
i could do-
rowing
treadmill
eliptical
any kind of weight ( be specific)
stair master
if i keep doing this workout, how long will it take me to loose like 20 lbs.???
Please give me a good workout to loose 20lbs in less time but not like an imposible workout.
i workout like 4 or 5 times a week.

i would get help from someone to enhance your muscle-resistance workout. it seems you do plenty of cardio already. does your school offer a circuit-training course? i went to a very small highschool and we had a circuit class in the morning before school started. it was really helpful because i learned how to use gym equipment, which exercises to do and how to do them properly.
