Experience with topotecan?
I know what it is but want to know if anyone has any experience with it in treatment, through personal experience, relatives, etc. My f-i-l started treatment for it today and the prognosis is not good. Any alternative treatments for brain mets? > Bes

We have already tried brain irradiation and are looking into "gamma knife" as an option. Any other suggestions are welcome.
