I am not able to find any research studies on the use of bras and cancer risk (I just ran a search of the medical literature on Pubmed/Medline). However, several studies by Harvard Medical School researchers have found a small association between breast size and the risk of premenopausal breast cancer. Notably, this risk is apparently only present in thin women (with large breasts).
