I am not sure how you could be self-diagnosing because in order for you to get an ultrasound or mammogram, you would need an order from a doctor.
You can do a search under yahoo images for "x-ray breast cancer" or "ultrasound breast cancer." I found many examples that way.
For mammography, remember, different types of breast cancer have different characteristics. Sometimes, there is no mass, but a cluster of microcalcifications etc.
For ultrasound, there are nine malignant critieria, including echo shadowing, irregular shape, duct extension, hyperechoic, mass taller than wide and indistinct borders.
