keeping the baby dry and clean will help use baby powder it helps keep wetness from the skin. i always us a and d ointment for diaper rashes i never use desitin or anything else. and right after baby has poohed you can just put a towel down and let the baby go diaper less for a few minutes each day that helps getting out of the diaper for a few mins. thats what i do. oh and they use to make rash gaurde diapers but i havent found them for a while im not sure if they make them any more or not but if you can find them they work great. but other than that i wouldnt worry about changing diaper brands. white cloud is what i use with my kids why spend alot of money that gets peed in and thrown away.
